Back in 2004, Tim John & Peta bought Cliffy’s Caterers. Seeing as none of them were called Cliff they decided to change the name, and the food, to something they were passionate about… Freshness! Ever since then they have been making hand-made Fresh Buffets and supplying them to more and more Companies. Peta & John have pretty much retired now, but Tim and the intrepid team of Chefs are still hard at work keeping those buffets Fresh and on time, every time.
As our name suggests, we think food is best Fresh! However, we know that’s not all it takes to make great food. You also need great ingredients, time tested recipes and passionate chefs. Combine these elements with a rule that says ‘we only ever make our food on the day it is to be eaten’ and you get great tasting food that lives up to our name… Fresch!
